I came to Stephane when I believed I reached the lowest point in my professional career. I could not find the energy to continue the work, but I did not know what other careers I should consider. Stephane is someone I can't say enough about. I've been through various therapists and counselors with no real success until my mother proposed talking with Stephane. It was a very unconventional and refreshing approach to helping me tackle my issues. It's an ongoing battle but having Stephane in your corner certainly makes things easier and more clear. As a young adult, I was at a point in my life where I felt like I was consistently stuck in a haze all the time and couldn't see a real "next stepping point." I was also very indecisive and that didn't help at all. Talking with Stephane felt like there was suddenly a pathway clearing up. Stephane and I worked together in brainstorming a decision I had to make to continue with my startup or get back to a corporate job right before Covid started. I knew things were slowing down and everything would get harder. His perspective let me see things in a different light and I took the decision to pause my startup which retrospectively was the best decision. I sought him again when I needed another breakthrough about setting a vision. Working with him has been fantastic at achieving those turning point moments. I reached out to Stephane (not knowing the difference between a life coach and a therapist) in a high stress, high emotion situation in my life. There were so many things happening at once and I felt like I was about to implode. During our initial consultation, I balled my eyes out and he just listened. He didnt push me to explain my feelings, he just let me cry and encouraged me to continue on with sessions from him. And this is where I found out that maybe a life coach who is patient, understanding, and very human like everyone else was what I needed. I had been to plenty of therapists before, but they were so quick to jump straight to a medication. And while Stephane cant actually prescribe medication to me, he genuinely wanted to know ME. The people around me, my inner demons, my ugly truths and he helped me identify them, sort through them, and assisted me in providing tools to better myself. He is encouraging, warm-hearted, and so genuine. He helped me realize that yes, I am the way I am for reason out of my control, but I most definitely can become (and am becoming) the person I WANT to be and CAN control that. 10/10

I have used their service for my Son after he graduated mid 2024 in Criminal Justice. We discussed our needs with several coaching centers but they were not upto meeting our special purpose for a beginner with no experience or just too expensive to deal with. Then we found Strategic Life Coaching after some reasearch and spoke to Mr Stephane Allinquant. We were bit skeptical before we started the sessions but the results came out great. The coach is not only guiding the candidate for career needs but also whichever ares he needs help with. Mr Stephane set up a linkedin account for the candidate also helped to build a professional resume. We decided to continue our sessions after 3 months. Mr Stephane also worked out a package for us since we could only afford a certain fee. So, compared to other local or remote coaching centers, I will strongly recommend Strategic Life Coaching. If you are in a search of a career guidancec, you should give them a try.
